Dr. Rehan Farid

Dr Rehan has over 8 years of experience as Consultant Urology. He joins us from Shri Ram Murti Smarak Institute of Medical Sciences, Bareilly, India. He was earlier associated with Bangalore Medical College and Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Aligarh, India. He completed Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) and MS General Surgery from Aligarh Muslim University, India. Further, he completed M.Ch Urology form Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, India. He is a member of Urological Society of India (USI) and the American Urological Association (AUA). Dr Rehan has published original articles in various national and international indexed journal. His special field of interests Endourology and laparoscopic urology Minimal invasive and laser surgeries Prevention and management of urinary stones by minimally invasive endoscopic procedures (PCNL, semi rigid URS, FURS, RIRS and ESWL) Diagnosis and management of prostatic disease by TRUS biopsies, TUIP, TURP, TURIS, HOLEP ADVANCED UROLOGIC SURGERIES, VARICOCOELE, PYELOPLASTY, RENAL TUMOR NEPHRECTOMY (Partial /Radical) Reconstructive surgeries: urethral stricture urethroplasty (buccal mucosal graft), pelvic ureteric junction obstruction Diagnosis and management of uro-oncology (kidney, bladder , prostate) Dr Rehan speaks English, Hindi and Urdu.
